HIRING: Technical Team in Eastern Region

Tmamah Solutions is seeking experienced technicians for a specialized Commercial & Residential Asset Inspection, Restoration and Maintenance in Eastern Region projects.

1. AC TECHNICIAN (HVAC & Asset Specialist)
• Scope: Full PPM, detailed Asset Surveys, and high-ambient troubleshooting.
• Focus: Must accurately document unit conditions for restoration reports.

2. GENERAL PLUMBER (System Maintenance)
• Scope: Expert leak inspections, water heater maintenance, and water pump servicing/repairs.
• Focus: Ensuring network integrity in a desert environment.

3. CIVIL HANDYMAN (Multi-Skilled)
• Scope: Masonry, plastering, painting, and simple carpentry (doors/cabinets/locks).
• Focus: High-quality finishes and structural "health" checks.

Applicant must be able to speak conversational English and demonstrate a professional attitude, with the ability to report findings clearly and accurately.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:
• Status: Must have a Transferable Iqama.
• License: KSA Driver's License is a strong advantage.
