job summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Purchasing Manager to support procurement operations in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will assist in managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, ensuring cost efficiency, and maintaining smooth supply chain operations in line with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in planning and executing purchasing strategies.
• Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery performance.
• Support negotiations of contracts, pricing, and payment terms.
• Prepare and process purchase orders and ensure timely approvals.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse and operations teams.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve supply issues.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
• Conduct market research to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.
• Prepare procurement reports and cost analysis for management review.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Good understanding of supply chain processes.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Arabic language is an advantage.

Preferred Skills:
• Experience in FMCG / Hospitality / Facility Management / Manpower industry preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and cost control mindset.
