Description

•Operate SPT/SPMT transport units accurately in accordance with the project transportation plan, operation manuals, and on-site supervision instructions. Proficiently operate remote control systems or cabin control systems to ensure smooth and precise vehicle movements. During transport, closely monitor vehicle parameters such as hydraulic pressure, engine condition, module load distribution, and leveling status, and promptly report any abnormalities.
•Coordinate with on-site technical personnel and dispatch teams to develop transport operation plans, clarify workflow procedures and safety requirements. Work closely with loading/unloading teams and site supervisors to accurately execute operational instructions and ensure seamless coordination between loading, transportation, and unloading activities.
•Perform routine daily maintenance and basic servicing of the equipment. Conduct strict pre-shift, during-shift, and post-shift inspections (three-stage inspection system), including checks of the engine, hydraulic systems, tires, electrical connections, and structural components.
•Strictly comply with local traffic regulations, safety production laws, and company safety operating procedures. Implement cargo safety protection measures such as load securing and warning signage setup.
•Assist the team in assembling and configuring SPT/SPMT modules and connecting hydraulic and electrical lines according to transport plan drawings.

Job Requirements
•Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience operating SPT (Self-Propelled Transporter) equipment, with experience in heavy and oversized cargo transportation (overweight, overlength, and overheight loads).
•Ability to understand basic transportation drawings and plans (e.g., vehicle configuration layouts and travel routes).
•Basic understanding of SPT/SPMT mechanical and hydraulic systems, with fundamental troubleshooting skills.
•Strong safety awareness and sense of responsibility, prioritizing safety at all times.
•Age between 25–45 years old, physically fit, and able to work rotating shifts. Basic English communication skills required.
