Role: Quality Control- Engineer

Skills Required:

Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and work instructions.
Perform first article inspection (FAI) and in-process checks.
Conduct final inspection and testing of finished goods before dispatch.
Prepare final inspection and release reports
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) using tools like 5 Why, Fishbone
Implement and monitor corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Prepare and update SOPs, work instructions, and quality manuals
Cable one to one connection testing, solder checking
PCB connectivity testing, HV testing
Relay function knowledge
Familiarity with measuring instruments Vernier, Micrometer, Multimeter, etc.
Experience in electronics / PCB assembly / cable harness is an added advantage
