Requirements:

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Indian Multicuisine

Strong knowledge of North Indian, South Indian, Tandoor & Curry dishes

Experience in bulk cooking and ? la carte service

Ability to maintain taste consistency and presentation

Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards

Ability to work under pressure

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook high-quality Indian dishes

Plan menu items and daily specials

Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene

Monitor food stock and minimize wastage

Coordinate with kitchen staff and management
