Description

We Are Hiring – SMT/PCB Machine Operators (Jubail, KSA)

Cabling Middle East Manufacturing Company is looking for experienced SMT/PCB Machine Operators to join our production team in Jubail.

Role Highlights:

Operate SMT line equipment: printer, SPI, pick & place, reflow, AOI

Ensure smooth production as per delivery schedules and quality standards

Support NPI/NPD trials and PCB assembly processes

Perform machine troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and quality checks

Maintain feeder setup, component loading, and ESD/IPC compliance

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering

Hands-on experience with SMT machines (Yamaha, Juki, Fuji, Panasonic, or similar)

Knowledge of IPC standards, AOI programming, and reflow profiling

Preferred:

NPI/NPD experience

Costing & production estimation skills

Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills
