About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive HSE / Safety Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure that all safety policies, procedures, and regulations are implemented effectively across our operations. This role is critical in maintaining a safe, compliant, and high‑performance work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct daily site inspections and ensure compliance with company HSE policies
- Identify hazards, assess risks, and recommend corrective actions
- Lead toolbox talks, safety orientations, and awareness sessions
- Monitor permit-to-work systems and ensure proper documentation
- Participate in incident/accident investigations and prepare reports
- Support emergency response planning and drills
- Coordinate with site supervisors, engineers, and subcontractors to enforce safety standards
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, trainings, and safety observations

Qualifications:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
- NEBOSH IGC, IOSH, or equivalent HSE certification (required)
- Minimum 5-7 years experience in HSE roles (construction or industrial preferred) inside Saudi Arabia
- Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws, safety regulations, and best practices
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- Ability to work in multicultural environments
- Willing to work on rental basis
- Must be available in Riyadh only
