Automotive Electrician & GPS Technician
Purpose:

To diagnose, repair, install, and maintain vehicle electrical and electronic systems including GPS tracking devices, ensuring optimal performance, safety, and compliance with company quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Install GPS tracking devices on vehicles and heavy machinery.
✅ Perform wiring, electrical connections, and system integration.
✅ Configure devices, testing, commissioning & troubleshooting.
✅ SIM installation, network setup & connectivity troubleshooting.
✅ Diagnose electrical and electronic faults using diagnostic tools.
✅ Perform ECU diagnostics and read OBD fault codes.
✅ Repair & maintain vehicle electrical systems including:

Batteries, alternators & starters

Lighting systems

Wiring harness & electrical circuits

✅ Repair or replace damaged wiring, connectors & components.
✅ Test vehicle systems after installation/repair for proper functionality.
✅ Conduct basic system inspection & prepare installation reports.
✅ Follow safety procedures and manufacturer standards.
✅ Prepare technical reports and document completed work.
