Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
• Minimum 3–5 years experience in construction projects
• Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and billing
• Experience in material take-off, variation claims, and subcontractor payments
• Familiar with project contracts and site coordination
• Proficient in Excel and quantity surveying software

Responsibilities:
• Prepare BOQs and cost estimates
• Verify site measurements and progress billing
• Control project costs and monitor variations
• Coordinate with site engineers and procurement team
• Prepare reports for management
