Description

We are looking for a Balloon Artist & Sales Associate to join our team. The role involves preparing and executing balloon setups for events and in-store orders while actively driving sales, engaging customers, and increasing revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

Balloon & Event Duties
• Create and install balloon decorations for events and store orders
• Prepare and restock balloon orders following operational procedures
• Support large events and special projects
• Work during peak times and weekends as needed

Sales Responsibilities
• Actively approach customers in-store and convert inquiries into sales
• Promote packages, add-ons, and premium upgrades
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Upsell event packages and custom designs
• Follow up with leads from WhatsApp and social media
• Maintain strong product knowledge to confidently close sales
• Support online order sales coordination when needed

Requirements:
• Experience in balloon decoration or event setup (preferred)
• Sales experience or strong selling ability
• Confident communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Strong commitment and teamwork
