Job Title: Perfume Specialist

Job Summary:
A Perfume Specialist is responsible for assisting customers in selecting fragrances that suit their preferences, personality, and needs. The role involves providing expert product knowledge, delivering exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets while maintaining brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide personalized fragrance consultations.
• Demonstrate and explain fragrance notes (top, middle, base) and scent families
• Recommend perfumes based on customer preferences, occasions, and lifestyle
• Maintain deep knowledge of all perfume brands, ingredients, and trends
• Achieve individual and team sales targets
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally
• Maintain cleanliness and visual merchandising standards of the fragrance section
• Monitor stock levels and report low inventory
• Stay updated on new product launches and promotional campaigns.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail, beauty, or luxury sales preferred
• Strong knowledge of fragrance categories and scent profiles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales-driven with a customer-focused mindset
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Well-groomed and professional appearance

Preferred Qualities

•Passion for perfumes and beauty industry, ability to build long-term customer relationships, ability to build long-term customer relationships and Multilingual abilities (an advantage in retail environments)
