Business Development & Marketing Executive (General Contracting)
MAG General Contracting Est. – Jubail, Saudi Arabia

MAG General Contracting Est. is hiring a results-driven and well-connected professional to take up the role of Business Development & Marketing Executive. This role is ideal for individuals from project management, operations, or sales backgrounds within the general contracting industry who have strong client networks and a proven ability to bring in business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities in the general contracting space (civil, mechanical, glass and wood works).
• Leverage existing industry relationships to secure projects from main contractors, industrial clients, or direct clients.
• Achieve a minimum sales target of SAR 500,000 worth of work per month.
• Represent MAG across Jubail, the Eastern Province, and Riyadh to expand our client base.
• Support and contribute to strategic marketing efforts aligned with business goals.

Requirements:

• Strong background in general contracting with existing client connections.
• Experience in project management, sales engineering, or similar roles preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and deal-closing skills.
• Educational qualifications are optional – skills, experience, and results matter most.
