📢 WE ARE HIRING – QS (MEP)

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor (MEP) to join our team.

Job Title: QS – MEP
Location: Saudi Arabia
Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in MEP works
Scope:

Quantity take-off for MEP systems

BOQ preparation and verification

Cost estimation and budget control

Interim payments, variations & final accounts

Coordination with project and procurement teams

Requirements:

Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field

Strong knowledge of MEP drawings, specifications & standards

Experience in KSA projects preferred

Good command of Excel and QS-related tools
