For "Our Project", a new luxury healthy restaurant in Hafar Al-Batin, we are looking for a creative Chef who masters the difficult equation:
(Precise Diet Macros + Delicious Gourmet Taste)
​Responsibilities & Skills:
✅ Expertise in healthy marinades and sauces to ensure tender, juicy meat.
✅ Advanced skills in using Combi Ovens (Rational/Unox) and Grilling techniques.
✅ Deep understanding of calculating Calories & Macros and precise weighing (Yield management).
✅ Ability to manage the kitchen operations, control food cost/waste, and lead the team.
