Description

Position: Quantity Surveyor – Piping
Location: Tasnee Project (KSA)
Card Requirement: Valid TASNEE Card – Mandatory
Job Responsibilities:
Quantity take-off for piping works (CS, SS, alloy, etc.)
Preparation of BOQ, MTO, and material reconciliation
Measurement & certification of subcontractor invoices
Cost control, variation orders, and progress billing
Coordination with engineering, planning, and site teams
Knowledge of isometric drawings, P&ID, and GA drawings
Requirements:
Diploma / Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 5–7 years experience in piping quantity surveying
Strong experience in industrial / petrochemical projects
Tasnee approval/card is compulsory
Good knowledge of SAP / Excel / Primavera (preferred)
Immediate availability preferred
Duration: Long-term
Interview: Immediate / Short notice
