Description

Roles and Responsibilities
1. Provide active support to the Sales and Operations teams in promoting existing equipment and solutions to contractors, international corporate clients, and oil & gas companies within the designated area of responsibility.
2. Oversee day-to-day workshop operations, ensuring efficient workflow, effective resource utilization, and strict compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.
3. Manage and resolve technical and operational issues through structured problem-solving, troubleshooting, and coordination with relevant technical teams.
4. Plan, supervise, and coordinate technical activities related to equipment inspection, servicing, maintenance, testing, and final preparation prior to delivery.
5. Ensure timely readiness of equipment from servicing through final inspection and delivery at customer premises, in line with contractual and operational requirements.
6. Identify potential areas for sales activities and business development that align with the company’s products, services, and overall business interests.
7. Interact and negotiate with clients to secure business opportunities while enhancing and maintaining strong, long-term professional relationships.
8. Conduct frequent customer visits and follow-ups to understand client requirements, address concerns, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
9. Organize and conduct client meetings, technical seminars, and product presentations, providing comprehensive technical support and commercial backup to prospective clients in order to achieve targeted goals and objectives.
10. Maintain close coordination with the General Manager regarding planned sales activities, market trends, and strategic ideas or suggestions aimed at maximizing sales volume and market presence.
11. Monitor market developments, competitor activities, and customer feedback, and provide timely inputs to management for continuous improvement of sales strategies.
12. Ensure contracts are current, accurately documented, and aligned with agreed commercial terms and conditions.
13. Monitor payment schedules and follow up with clients to ensure timely receipt of payments in accordance with contractual agreements.
14. Maintain regular customer engagement to strengthen relationships, support repeat business, and enhance the company’s
professional image in the market.
