Description

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Executive / HR Officer to manage end-to-end human resources operations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with KSA labor regulations, government portals, and HR compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage employee lifecycle activities: onboarding, contracts, renewals, and offboarding.

Handle KSA government portals and compliance (Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Absher, Mudad, WPS, etc.).

Prepare and manage employment contracts in line with Saudi Labor Law.

Process Iqama issuance, renewal, transfers, and exit/re-entry visas.

Manage payroll coordination, attendance, leave, and end-of-service benefits (EOS).

Ensure compliance with company policies and Saudi labor regulations.

Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.

Coordinate with PROs, government offices, and external service providers.

Support audits, inspections, and management reporting.

Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, and grievance processes.

Work Experience & Requirements:

7–8 years of relevant HR experience, mandatory within KSA.

Valid Iqama with sponsor transferability is mandatory.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR compliance.

Hands-on experience with HR systems and government portals.

Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in contracting, construction, or manpower supply companies in KSA.

Familiarity with HRMS and payroll systems.

Bilingual skills (English & Arabic) are an advantage.
