Description

Budgeting: Lead annual forecasting, cash flow management, and rigorous variance analysis (actual vs. budget).
Pricing & Inventory: Develop standardized pricing lists for AV/non-AV items and maintain inventory records to support rapid CEO decision-making and benchmarking.
Performance Insight: Analyze financial data to provide strategic recommendations and cost-control measures.
Reporting: Ownership of P&L, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow statements in compliance with IFRS.
Tax & Audit: Manage VAT and Zakat filings; serve as the primary liaison for internal/external auditors and regulatory bodies.
Governance: Enforce internal controls to mitigate fraud and oversee payroll and banking relationships.
Temporary Workforce: Build a structured payment system for event staff, ensuring zero discrepancies and timely payouts.
On-site Oversight: Track technical team petty cash and maintain meticulous records for all temporary hires.
