Job Purpose:
To act as the primary technical liaison between the company and the appointed external Design/Structural Consultancy. The role is focused on coordinating the design process, ensuring value engineering to meet a strict project budget, and managing all submissions for authority approvals within the project timeline.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordination & Management: Serve as the single point of contact and manage all communications, deliverables, and timelines with the external Structural Design Consultancy.

• Document Control: Review, annotate, and approve all structural drawings, calculation reports, and material submittals from the consultant before internal release or submission.
• Site Support: Resolve structural queries from the construction team, review any site-instigated design changes for cost impact, and coordinate with the consultant for formal approvals.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a client-side, contractor, or project management role in Saudi Arabia, managing external design consultants.
