Job Description (Key Responsibilities)

Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities for fire protection systems, services, and AMC contracts across the GCC market.
Build strong relationships with consultants, contractors, MEP companies, facility management firms, and end clients to generate consistent project leads.
Manage the complete sales cycle — from lead generation, site visits, techno-commercial discussions, proposal submission, negotiation, to order closure.
Promote fire alarm, firefighting, suppression systems, emergency lighting, and related life safety solutions as per local civil defense regulations.
Review tenders, BOQs, drawings, and specifications; coordinate with estimation/technical team for accurate and competitive submissions.
Ensure all solutions offered align with Civil Defense, NFPA, and other relevant GCC fire safety standards and authority requirements.
Track competitors, pricing trends, upcoming projects, and market developments to support strategic business planning.
Meet and exceed assigned monthly/quarterly sales targets and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Maintain long-term relationships with clients, follow up on payments, variations, and support after-sales coordination with operation
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates; work closely with engineering, operations, and procurement teams for smooth project execution.

Requirements

3–7 years of GCC experience in fire protection / fire & life safety industry
Strong network with contractors, consultants & FM companies
Good knowledge of fire alarm, firefighting & suppression systems
Familiar with Civil Defense approval processes
Valid GCC driving license preferred
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
