Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Shop Manager with strong knowledge of Korean and Japanese products to manage daily shop operations efficiently. The ideal candidate should be organized, customer-focused, and capable of handling staff, inventory, and sales independently.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily shop operations and ensure smooth workflow

Manage and supervise shop staff, including scheduling and task allocation

Ensure proper display, stocking, and handling of Korean and Japanese products

Maintain inventory records, stock levels, and coordinate reordering

Handle cash management, POS system, and daily sales reports

Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries or complaints

Coordinate with suppliers and manage invoices, SOA, and related documents

Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with shop policies
