Job Vacancy – IT Executive (Supermarket)
We are looking for a skilled IT Executive to join our supermarket team in Alahsa.
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of computer hardware and troubleshooting
Good understanding of software, networking, and system support
Hands-on experience with ONYX ERP (mandatory)
Experience with POS systems, billing software, printers, and scanners
Ability to manage data backup and basic system security
Supermarket or retail experience is an added advantage
Responsibilities:
Maintain and support all IT hardware and software systems
Manage and support ONYX ERP operations
Troubleshoot system and network issues
Ensure smooth daily IT operations in the supermarket
Location: Alahsa
Salary: As per experience

المتطلبات:
خبرة جيدة في صيانة ودعم أجهزة الكمبيوتر (الهاردوير)
معرفة بالبرامج، الشبكات، والدعم الفني
خبرة عملية في نظام ONYX ERP (شرط أساسي)
