QC Inspector – Insulation (Aramco Approved)
Location- Yanbu
FAT: Provided
Required: 1 Candidate

Technical Requirements
- The inspector must demonstrate strong working knowledge of industrial insulation standards, including but not limited to:
- ASTM, ISO, Aramco Standards (SAES‑H‑001, SAES‑H‑002, SAES‑H‑003 as applicable)
- Insulation materials: mineral wool, calcium silicate, foam glass, PIR/PUR, cellular glass, etc.
- Hot, cold, and cryogenic insulation systems
- Cladding systems: aluminum, stainless steel, weatherproofing, vapor barriers
- Proven ability in:
- Inspection of piping, equipment, tanks, and duct insulation
- Thickness verification, density checks, joint sealing, vapor barrier integrity
- Understanding of corrosion under insulation (CUI) prevention
- Reviewing IFC drawings, ITPs, and project specifications

Experience Requirements
- 5 to 7 years relevant experience in insulation inspection.
- Multiple Saudi Aramco project experience is mandatory.
- CBT Passed (Insulation discipline).
