Description

We are looking for a Logistics / Warehouse Dispatcher to manage daily dispatch operations for the TEMU project. If you are organized, fast-paced, and experienced in delivery coordination, we want you on our team.

Job Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily dispatch of orders from warehouse to drivers
Assign routes and shipments to delivery drivers
Monitor delivery status and follow up on pending or failed deliveries
Maintain dispatch records, reports, and inventory movement
Communicate with warehouse staff, drivers, and operations team
Ensure SOPs and timelines are followed

Requirements:

Previous experience in logistics, warehouse, or dispatch operations
Good communication skills (English required, Arabic is a plus)
Basic computer skills (Excel, tracking systems, WhatsApp coordination)
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple drivers
Availability for shift-based work
Experience in e-commerce or last-mile delivery is an advantage
