Job Description:
We are looking for a high-performing Technical Sales Professional with specific expertise in GFRP (Glass Fiber Reinforced Polymer) / FRP products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by promoting our composite solutions to consultants, contractors, and industrial clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities in sectors like construction, infrastructure, water treatment, and oil & gas.

Technical Consultation: Provide clients with technical advice on GFRP applications (e.g., gratings, pipes, rebar, or custom profiles) and explain the advantages over traditional materials like steel or concrete.

Specification Selling: Work closely with engineering consultants to get our GFRP products specified in major projects.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and contractors.

Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new industrial standards related to composite materials.

Requirements:

Industry Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales specifically within the FRP/GFRP or Composite Materials industry.

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Chemical Engineering is highly preferred.

Sales Track Record: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a B2B technical environment.

Communication: Excellent negotiation and presentation skills in English (Arabic is a strong plus).

Mobility: Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites and client offices.
