Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for restaurant POS systems, networks, and software
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues (PCs, printers, routers, POS devices)
Maintain IT infrastructure for smooth daily operations
Assist staff with IT-related problems and queries
Ensure data security and system updates
Collaborate with management to implement IT solutions

Requirements:

Previous IT support experience in restaurants or hospitality is preferred
Strong knowledge of POS systems, network troubleshooting, and Windows/macOS environments
Good problem-solving and communication skills


Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with software installation, updates, and troubleshooting.
