Description

We are looking to hire a Purchasing Assistant(INDIANS Only) with good qualifications and hands-on experience in supplier communication and price negotiation.

Job Responsibilities:

-Handling purchasing-related emails with local and international suppliers

-Negotiating prices, terms, and delivery schedules

-Preparing purchase orders, comparisons, and reports

-Maintaining supplier records and follow-ups

-Supporting procurement and supply chain activities


Required Skills and Qualifications:

-Good command of professional email communication

-Strong negotiation skills with suppliers

-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

-Basic understanding of procurement and purchasing processes

-Ability to work independently and meet deadlines


Salary & Benefits (Please read carefully):

-Monthly salary: 2,500 SAR (full package)

-The salary is all-inclusive (no separate allowance for housing, transport, or food)

-Only candidates who agree to the 2,500 SAR package should apply


Working Conditions:

-Working hours: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

-Weekly off: Friday

-Annual vacation: 21 days

-Annual return air ticket provided
