About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Indian Chinese Chef Assistant to join our restaurant team in Aziziyah, Jeddah. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in preparing authentic Indian Chinese cuisine and be prepared to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:

? Assist the head chef in daily kitchen operations.
? Prepare, cook, and present Indian Chinese dishes with authenticity and consistency.
? Maintain kitchen hygiene and follow food safety standards.
? Manage ingredient inventory and ensure freshness.
? Work efficiently during peak hours and support the team as needed.

Requirements:

? Proven experience in Indian Chinese cooking.
? Previous work experience in India or Indian restaurants preferred.
? Must have a valid Baladiya Card and Iqama.
? Ability to work long hours (13–14 hours daily).
? Hardworking, dedicated, and a team player.
