‏We are seeking a highly experienced Plastic Injection Machine Operator with a minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in plastic injection molding operations. The candidate must be skilled in mold fitting, machine setup, operating systems, and solving all types of machine, mold, and production problems.

‏Responsibilities:
‏ • Operate and supervise plastic injection molding machines efficiently
‏ • Perform mold installation, mold fitting, alignment, and changeovers
‏ • Set and optimize machine parameters for different plastic materials
‏ • Diagnose and resolve machine, mold, and process-related issues
‏ • Ensure consistent product quality and minimize defects
‏ • Perform preventive maintenance and basic repairs
‏ • Reduce machine downtime and material waste
‏ • Train and guide junior operators when required
‏ • Follow all safety and quality standards

‏Requirements:
‏ • Minimum 6 years of experience as a Plastic Injection Machine Operator
‏ • Strong expertise in injection molding machines, molds, and operating systems
‏ • Proven ability to troubleshoot and solve complex production problems
‏ • In-depth knowledge of plastic raw materials and processing conditions
‏ • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
‏ • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
‏ • Good communication and teamwork abilities
