Job Responsibilities:
The Office Operations Coordinator will be responsible for, but not limited to:
Managing daily office operations and administrative tasks
Coordinating office supplies, inventory, and vendor communications
Handling phone calls, emails, and internal correspondence
Maintaining office records, files, and documentation
Supporting management with scheduling, meetings, and reports
Assisting HR and finance with basic coordination tasks
Ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient office environment
Coordinating with staff to ensure smooth workflow and operations
Requirements
Bangladeshi nationality (Female only)
Previous experience in office administration or coordination preferred
Good communication and organizational skills
Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Email)
Ability to multitask and work independently
Professional attitude and strong sense of responsibility
