Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical BIM Modeler to join our engineering team in Riyadh. This role is dedicated to candidates with a robust background in mechanical systems (HVAC, Piping, and Firefighting) who are looking to work on large-scale, prestigious projects within the Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities

Detailed Modeling: Create and manage high-LOD (Level of Development) 3D models for HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems using Revit.

Clash Detection: Lead coordination meetings and perform advanced clash detection using Navisworks to ensure zero-interference designs.

Technical Documentation: Extract precise shop drawings, sections, and schedules from BIM models.

Standard Compliance: Ensure all models adhere to international standards and specific project BIM protocols.

Candidate Requirements

Experience: 5 to 10 years of professional experience specifically in Mechanical BIM Modeling.

Software Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Mechanical focus), Navisworks Manage, and AutoCAD.

Location: Must be currently based in Riyadh.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.

Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of mechanical design principles, SMACNA standards, and local KSA building codes.
