Position Title : Senior Land Surveyor
Availability : Immediately
Project Location : Qiddiya , KSA

Role Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Surveyor with a specialized background in large-scale infrastructure and road construction. The selected candidate will be responsible for primary survey control, precise setting out of road geometries, and managing high-volume earthworks data.

Key Responsibilities:
• Alignment & Setting Out: Oversee the precise layout of road centerlines, curbs, medians, and complex intersections such as roundabouts and interchanges.
• Earthworks & Volumetrics: Calculate and verify "cut and fill" quantities, manage topsoil/sub-grade volumes, and provide regular reports to the Project Manager to monitor budget versus actuals.
• Drainage & Utilities: Ensure critical gravity-fed drainage systems and underground utilities are installed to exact design gradients and invert levels.
• Control Networks: Establish and maintain robust primary and secondary geodetic control networks across long-distance project corridors.
• Machine Control Integration: Manage and upload 3D design models (GNSS/GPS) for automated grading equipment such as bulldozers and graders.
• As-Built Documentation: Lead the production of final as-built drawings and compliance tables comparing design versus actual elevations for client handover.

Required Key Responsibilities :
Civil 3D & Quantity Calculations
• Develop and manage existing and proposed surfaces using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Create and control feature lines for grading, corridors, earthworks, and complex geometries.
• Perform accurate quantity take-offs (cut & fill, earthworks, roads, utilities) using Civil 3D tools.
• Utilize advanced Civil 3D options such as:
o Surface styles and analysis
o Volume surfaces and comparison
o Feature line grading and elevations control
o Data shortcuts and surface referencing
Technical Skills
• AutoCAD Civil 3D (Advanced level)
• AutoCAD
• Survey instruments (Total Station, GPS, levels)
• Quantity calculation and earthwork analysis


Required Qualifications:
• Experience: 10+ years in civil surveying, with at least 5 years specifically on highway or bridge projects.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Geomatics, Surveying Engineering.
