Seylany is a Saudi-focused e-commerce brand importing and selling premium natural products, including authentic Ceylon cinnamon and specialty tea. We serve customers across Saudi Arabia with a strong focus on quality, transparency, and customer experience.

We are hiring an Arabic-speaking Customer Support Agent to handle customer messages, confirm COD orders, and assist with checkout and delivery support.

Work Type: Remote
Start Date: 15 Jan 2026

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer messages and comments

Confirm Cash on Delivery (COD) orders

Call customers to recover abandoned carts

Assist with payment, checkout issues, delivery & returns

Log all calls, messages, and outcomes accurately


Requirements:

Fluent Arabic (Saudi/Gulf preferred)

Comfortable handling customer calls and chats

E-commerce / COD experience preferred

Stable internet & quiet work environment
