Stock Labor - Clinic in Riyadh
Required Tasks:

Receiving medical and consumable supplies and matching invoices with purchase orders.
Recording receiving transactions in the clinic system and sending required documents to Finance.
Requesting and receiving clinic supplies through internal systems.
Fulfilling sub‑store needs and following up on transfers and consumption.
Managing item expiry dates using the FEFO method and completing return or disposal actions.
Conducting regular inventory cycle counts and reconciling stock with system records.
Organizing the store and maintaining overall readiness.
Communicating daily with suppliers to follow up on deliveries and item availability.
Coordinating with inventory, operations, and medical teams to ensure continuous supply.
Managing orders and receiving processes for all laboratory‑related items.

Requirements:

Resident in Saudi Arabia with a transferable residence permit (Iqama).
Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
Strong Excel skills.
Well‑groomed appearance.
Age not exceeding 35 years.
Minimum of 3 years of work experience in Saudi Arabia.
