Description

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Generator Mechanic to Overhauling, install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair diesel and gasoline-powered generators. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical and electrical knowledge, hands-on experience with generator systems, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

Install, inspect, service, and repair generators.

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on diesel Generators

Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system faults

Test generators, ATS (Automatic Transfer Switches), and control panels

Replace or repair faulty parts such as alternators, starters, batteries, and fuel systems

Maintain service records and complete job reports accurately

Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures

Respond to emergency breakdowns and on-call service requests
