High-Rise Building with Basement, Underground & Towers

Kadmarl Co. Ltd., a Class 1 company in Saudi Arabia, is hiring experienced professionals for a major high-rise building project in Riyadh involving basements, underground works, and towers.

Project Manager – Concrete Works

Experience: 10+ years (Commercial & Residential Buildings)

Key Expertise Required:
• High-rise concrete works (basements & towers)
• Formwork systems, BBS, scaffolding
• QA/QC, billing & site management
• Team leadership and client coordination

Open Positions & Responsibilities

1. Civil Site Engineer
• Execute works as per approved drawings, specs, and method statements
• Supervise concrete, formwork, reinforcement, and finishing works
• Coordinate with QA/QC, Safety, and Planning teams
• Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment
• Report daily progress and resolve site issues

2. Civil Engineer – Shop Drawings & BBS (Mandatory)
• Prepare/review shop drawings and Bar Bending Schedules
• Ensure compliance with project specifications
• Coordinate with site teams for drawing clarifications
• Assist in quantity take-offs and material requisitions
• Maintain drawing registers and revisions

3. QA/QC Inspector
• Inspect works as per ITPs and project specifications
• Conduct inspections for steel, formwork, and concrete
• Raise and follow up NCRs
• Coordinate consultant inspections
• Maintain quality records and reports

4. QA/QC Engineer
• Prepare and implement Project Quality Plan (PQP)
• Develop ITPs, method statements, and checklists
• Manage NCRs, CARs, and audits
• Coordinate material approvals and test reports
• Ensure compliance with client and authority standards

5. Safety Officer
• Implement project HSE plan
• Conduct daily safety inspections and toolbox talks
• Ensure PPE compliance and safe work practices
• Report incidents and near misses
• Ensure compliance with Saudi safety regulations

6. Civil Foreman
• Supervise daily civil works and labor
• Allocate manpower as per work plan
• Ensure quality, safety, and productivity
• Coordinate daily targets with site engineers

7. Scaffolding Foreman
• Supervise scaffolding erection, modification, and dismantling
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and drawings
• Maintain inspection and tagging system
• Coordinate with Safety Officer

8. Steel Foreman
• Supervise steel cutting, bending, and fixing
• Ensure works comply with drawings and BBS
• Control steel wastage
• Coordinate inspections with QA/QC

9. Formwork Foreman
• Supervise formwork installation and dismantling
• Ensure alignment, levels, and stability
• Coordinate with steel and concrete teams
• Manage formwork materials efficiently
