Description

Experience : Minimum 5 years in MEP for fit-out projects

Key Responsibilities :

- Plan, coordinate, and supervise mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works.

- Review MEP drawings and ensure proper execution at site.

- Coordinate with HVAC, electrical, and plumbing subcontractors.

- Inspect site works for compliance with specifications and mall standards.

Requirements :

- Proficient in load calculation, cable sizing, and MEP layouts.

- Experience in mall or commercial retail projects preferred.

- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.

Salary Package : 4500 SAR monthly (Food and Accommodation Provided)
