We’re Hiring: Turkish Kebab CDP Chef

Food House Hospitality Group is hiring an experienced Turkish Kebab CDP Chef for La Rio Restaurant & Lounge, Riyadh.

Responsibilities

Prepare and execute authentic Turkish kebabs and grill items

Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation

Manage section mise en place and service operations

Maintain hygiene, food safety, and quality standards

Control wastage and support kitchen cost discipline

Requirements

Proven experience as CDP / Senior Demi Chef in Turkish cuisine

Strong knowledge of kebabs, grills, marinades, and live cooking

Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment

GCC experience is a plus
