We’re Hiring: DCDP – Grill Chef

Food House Hospitality Group is hiring a skilled Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP) – Grill for La Rio Restaurant & Lounge, Riyadh.

Responsibilities

Assist in preparing and executing grill and BBQ items as per menu standards

Support the CDP in daily grill section operations

Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation

Follow hygiene, food safety, and kitchen SOPs

Assist with mise en place and smooth service execution

Requirements

Proven experience as DCDP / Commis (Grill section)

Basic knowledge of grill techniques and meat handling

Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Team-oriented, disciplined, and eager to learn

GCC experience is an advantage
