Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Business Development Coordinator to support and grow our Equipment Rental division.

This position is sales target–driven and suitable for individuals who can perform effectively in a high-pressure environment and consistently deliver results.

Key Responsibilities
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by management
• Generate new business opportunities for the Equipment Rental division
• Follow up leads, negotiate with clients, and close deals within deadlines
• Work efficiently under sales pressure and strict targets
• Coordinate with operations and support teams to ensure smooth service delivery
• Maintain proper records of sales activities and client interactions

Key Requirements

Saudi Driving License & One Year Experience Minimum.

• Strong ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Proven capability to work under pressure in a fast-paced sales environment
• High confidence in deal closing and client negotiations
• Results-driven mindset with focus on numbers
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Experience in transportation or equipment rental is an advantage

• Salary: SAR 2,000 per month (first 6 months)
• Attractive commission based on sales performance
