We are a growing logistics company in Riyadh looking for a freelance recruiter to help us hire qualified drivers. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and referring drivers based on our hiring criteria. We will provide full details about the targeted driver profiles.

Responsibilities:

Source and refer qualified drivers in Riyadh

Screen candidates based on provided requirements

Coordinate with our team to submit driver details

Support the hiring process until driver onboarding

Requirements:

Experience in recruitment, preferably in logistics or driver hiring

Strong network of drivers in Riyadh is a plus

Good communication and coordination skills

Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets

Compensation:

300 SAR per driver hired

Payment is made for each successfully hired and approved driver
