Description

Required: BMS Engineer / BMS Technician 🔹

We are looking for experienced BMS Engineers or Technicians for troubleshooting, maintenance, modification, and commissioning of Building Management Systems.

Systems & Platforms (any experience is a plus):

Siemens (Desigo / PXC / PX / DXR)

Honeywell

Johnson Controls (Metasys)

Schneider Electric

Delta Controls

Tridium Niagara (N4)

Any BACnet / Modbus / LonWorks based systems

Scope of Work:

BMS fault diagnosis & troubleshooting

Field device checking (sensors, actuators, valves, dampers)

Controller replacement, I/O testing, and re-addressing

BMS panel wiring verification & correction

Communication issues (BACnet / Modbus)

Graphics, alarms & basic programming support

HVAC integration (Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs)

Requirements:

Practical site experience (commercial / industrial buildings)

Ability to work independently on troubleshooting

Reading drawings & control schematics

Immediate / short notice availability preferred

ربط أنظمة HVAC (تشيلر، AHU، FCU، VAV)

المتطلبات:

خبرة عملية ميدانية

القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل

قراءة المخططات الكهربائية والتحكم

الجاهزية للعمل الفوري تعتبر ميزة
