Sr Mechanical Engineer - 5 Nos

JOB SPECIFICATION/ DESCRIPTION:

Key Responsibilities
•
Execute comprehensive mechanical walkdowns, validating asset tags against P&IDs, GA drawings, datasheets, and vendor manuals; record discrepancies.
•
Confirm mechanical document status and maintain strict version control.
•
Identify mechanical data gaps and validate metadata (equipment type, capacity, serial numbers); link assets to documentation for complete traceability.
•
Coordinate with electrical and instrumentation teams to resolve cross-discipline mismatches.
•
Interface with area owners and client stakeholders to close gaps and obtain missing records.
•
Prepare detailed mechanical reports and maintain accurate records using MS tools; support process improvements.

Required Qualifications
•
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
•
5-7 years of experience in relevant field with strong exposure to mechanical asset management and documentation control.

Preferred Technical Skills
•
Familiarity with API and ASME standards.
•
Experience with CMMS/EAM systems (SAP, Maximo).
•
Advanced analytics and reporting in Microsoft Excel.
•
Strong stakeholder communication and coordination skills.
