Role Brief: The Waiter/Waitress is responsible for delivering friendly, efficient, and professional table service to guests, ensuring a pleasant coffee shop experience while maintaining cleanliness, accuracy, and service standards at all times.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:

1. Greet guests warmly, guide them to their seats, and present menus in a polite and professional manner.

2. Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them clearly to the barista or kitchen team.

3. Serve coffee, beverages, and food items promptly, ensuring correct presentation and quality.

4. Regularly check on guests to ensure satisfaction and respond to requests or concerns promptly.

5. Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, service stations, and dining areas throughout the shift.

6. Clear used dishes and reset tables efficiently to support smooth guest flow.

7. Handle billing, POS transactions, and cash or card payments accurately when required.

8. Follow hygiene, food safety, and health regulations in line with Saudi standards.

9. Work cooperatively with baristas, supervisors, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.

10. Comply with company service standards, grooming policies, and workplace rules.

Qualification:

1. Previous experience as a waiter or in customer service is preferred (coffee shop or caf? experience is an advantage).

2. Basic communication skills in English are required; Arabic language skills are a plus.
