Description

Urgent Requirement for a compound project.

1. Tile Setter/ Mason Workers - With previous experience in a compound project, can perform masonry works, plastering and tile settings.

2. Carpenter - Should have previous experience in a compound facility able to repair or install kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, household furniture and capable of Gypsum board installations.

3. Plumbers - Must have previous experience in facility maintenance project on a compound facility operations. should be familiar with water distributions systems, residential plumbing applications, irrigation systems, sewer lines, pumps and pool operations.

4. AC Technicians - Previous experience in a facility maintenance project, should have good exposure in trouble shooting & repairs of
VRV-VRF units, must be capable of performing PM & CM as per assigned schedules.

5. Electrical Technicians - Low Voltage and medium voltage capable of performing PM & CM for all electrical assets, lighting systems, distribution panels, specialized systems, CCTV, fire fighting systems and Audio-Video systems.
