Production Supervisor – Wiring Harness, PCB/SMT & Bus Bar (Saudi Arabia)
Greetings!
We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to lead our manufacturing operations in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. Candidates with prior experience in wiring harness, wire extrusion, PCB/SMT assembly, and bus bar fabrication will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily production activities for wiring harness, wire extrusion, PCB/SMT assembly, and bus bar bending.
• Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery timelines are met.
• Coordinate with planning and quality teams to maintain smooth workflow.
• Monitor machine performance and collaborate with maintenance for timely repairs.
• Implement lean manufacturing practices, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Train and guide operators on process compliance and safety protocols.
Required Competencies:
• Industry Experience: Strong background in wiring harness and related manufacturing processes.
• Leadership: Ability to manage teams and optimize production schedules.
• Quality Focus: Familiarity with IPC standards and quality control tools.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to address production bottlenecks and improve efficiency.
• Communication: Clear coordination with internal teams and clients when required.
Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering. (Optional)
• 3–8 years of experience in production supervision within wiring harness or similar manufacturing.
• Knowledge of lean tools (Kaizen, 5S) and continuous improvement.
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
