Brand partners is a company owned by IPC “International Partners Company”. Brand Partners core objective is the commitment to execution excellence in merchandising, activation & route to market. Therefore, being the preferred business partner within the Saudi Market is Brand Partners’ Vision which will be achieved by providing an added-value services to all its clients. We are looking for a “Client Service Executive” to look after our potential partners in respect to all merchandising services. The Client Service Executive will be the key point of communication between certain assigned Clients and Brand Partners Stakeholders “Operations, System developers, Finance partners, Data Analysis & Client Service Dept.” The ideal candidate should be good in communication & negotiation in addition to problem solving & data analysis. He should be well organized & has a good time management skill.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for selected Clients assigned by Client Service Head (Mostly Cluster D clients)
2. Provide qualitative feedback and assessment of client’s satisfaction level
3. Identify each client pain areas & offer valuable solutions
4. Ensure that all clients are getting all their agreed services based on their SLA
5. Ensure to build long-term relationship with Brand Partners Clients by providing all the support needed on a timely manner
6. Communicate Clients issues with Brand Partners concerned stakeholders
7. Communicate Operational concerns and changes with the assigned Clients
8. Address the suitable automated solutions for Brand Partners existing and potential Clients based on their needs and Brand Partners system capabilities
9. Enhance Clients Data on BP Automated System (MSL, SKU's details, Photos, Planogram, Wiring & reporting)
10. Seek for business development by approaching/ exploiting any potential merchandising and activation opportunities
11. Ensure best implementation of the management decisions that enhance Brand Partners services quality
12. Conduct system random check and data audit based on business needs and management orders
13. Follow up overdue payments with the assigned parties

Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in any field (Business administration is Preferable)
- 2 Years’ Experience in service/ similar industries (Preferrable)
- English Language: Proficiency and fluency levels / verbally and written based
- Communications skills: Ability to successfully interact with clients
- Time Management skills: Timeliness and dependability
- Customer-Oriented
- Flexibility
