We are looking for experienced and certified Odoo Support Engineers to join our growing team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidates bring strong technical knowledge, hands on problem solving skills, and a solid understanding of Odoo functional workflows.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide technical and functional support for Odoo modules across multiple business domains
• Troubleshoot issues, analyze root causes, and deliver timely solutions
• Configure, customize, and optimize Odoo applications based on business requirements
• Support end users with training, documentation, and best practices
• Coordinate with development teams for bug fixes and enhancements
• Ensure system performance, stability, and data integrity

Qualifications
• Odoo Certification is mandatory
• Proven experience supporting Odoo implementations
• Strong understanding of Odoo modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, and CRM
• Ability to identify issues quickly and implement effective solutions
• Good communication and client handling skills
• Familiarity with Python, PostgreSQL, and Linux environments is an advantage
• Fluency in English, Arabic is an added value
