Key Responsibilities
1. Manage local procurement of materials, equipment, and services
2. Request quotes, compare prices, place orders, and track deliveries
3. Coordinate with suppliers and relevant authorities for approvals and timely deliveries
4. Conduct risk assessments of the supply chain and implement corrective actions as needed
5. Prepare procurement documentation, reports, and maintain records
6. Support project execution, commissioning, and handover from a procurement perspective

Requirements：
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field
2. Proven at least 2 years of local procurement experience in Saudi Arabia (mandatory)
3. Strong knowledge of procurement processes, local regulations, and the supplier market
4. Ability to communicate effectively in English and Arabic
5. Experience in industrial, construction, or engineering projects preferred
