Project Description:
We are looking for a professional team or individual masons for Granite Stone Paving (as shown in the image). The project involves laying rectangular granite pavers in a running bond pattern for a walkway/plaza.
Work Details (Theka / ٹھیکہ):
Payment Type: This is NOT a monthly or daily salary job.
Rate: Payment will be made on a Square Meter (SQM) basis (ٹھیکہ فی مربع میٹر).
Scope: Sub-base leveling, sand bedding, stone laying, and joint filling.
Tools: Worker/Contractor must bring their own professional stone cutting tools and leveling equipment (unless otherwise agreed).
Requirements:
Must have experience in high-end Hardscape projects.
Ability to ensure perfect levels and straight lines.
